Hello. My right knee suddenly began swelling and felt like I had weight or pressure in it. I have a soft bulge on right and left of the knee cap and pain ubove the knee when I try to bend it. I have about 50% range of motion. No heat, no redness. The knee measures about 1 inch larger around than the other one. Could it be the Bursa? Im 50 years old and have inflammation at times in my joints. Almost like a little arthiritis, but this is more than usual. I keep an eye on my legs because I have varicose veins.
