Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I had studied your case and it is tendon inflammation. I would suggest you following.
1.Take Brufen tablet daily.
2.Hot water fomentation.
3.compression bandage.
4.Stetoid injection can be given, it will provide good pain relief.
5.If still pain is not controlled than it will require a surgery, in which sheath of tendon is excised. It will provide food pain relief.
Along with this you should wear good quality foot wear. I hope this answer will be useful. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
