I have swelling under my arm its not a lump. And a kind of tingly tight feeling under there also. Previously had lump removed from my breast on same side. There is a bigger thicker feeling lump there now. My breast looks and feels dfferent to me. Should i be worried

In view of this please do a mammography to rule out any possibility of cancer developing
