General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per the narration and my clinical experience co relation, the current condition seems post inflammatory residual effect over the epididymis, spermatic cord or other scrotal structures.
* As the discomfort is substantial level, I recommend to undertake a doppler ultrasound examination of the scrotum with your doc for further final cure steps.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
