What Causes Swelling And Soreness In The Labia Minora?

I washed with some Victoria secret shower gel that my bf bought me because he thought I didn t like it. After usage, we had sex and he was a bit aggressive. It has been almost a wk and I have still been irritated a little itchy and feeling a bit of pain. I checked in a mirror and saw that my lower labia minora is a bit swollen. It feels like a small bump may b on the right side, the painful side. It hurts to bathe my vagina because it is extremely sore even after all these days. Does this mean I have an STD? PLEASE HELP ME
