General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to the HCM,
Recurrent runny nose and sneezing could be because of allergy and hypersensitivity which runs in families and can be prevented from recurrent allergic response by avoiding triggering factors like dust, pollens, cold weather etc and some medicines for example anti histamines can help relieving the symptoms.
Since recurrent rinnorhea(runny nose) can be associated with polyp in nose,so I would suggest to get checked by an ENT doctor to rule out any polyp and discuss further accordingly.
