What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Knuckle?
I seem to have injured my right hand middle knuckle. It s weirdly creaking and swollen. Felt as though something rolled over the knuckle causing the pain and swelling. Didn t have any trauma it just happened. It creaks when I touch it. Any advice. Thanks

This sounds to me like tendinitis and this is inflammation and irritation of tendons. You should rest, keep arm elevated and apply ice,take ibuprofenum 400mg. If there is no improvement you should have this arm put in cast for few days and do ultrasound.
