What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Knee After ACL Surgery?

I had ACL surgery 7 weeks ago and two days ago someone ran into the inside of my surgical knee and I fell. I feel a bruise/tenderness on the inside bone when I tap the bone but there is little to no swelling(painful). Also my quad and behind my knee are sore. And my leg is a little weaker now but I can still walk and have the same ROM. Did I do serious damage? Thanks

HI

I really appreciate your concern, if the wound is hit then it need to be taken seriously and may requires investigations and clinical examination it is okay if nothing comes out but better to go to see the surgeon, hope this information helps.
