Hi,

Most probably you have paronychia, an infection of the skin around the nail. You should consult your doctor who will advise you accordingly. We usually drain pus any where is body and prescribe antibiotics for suppressing infecting bacteria, Usually Amoxi-clac 625 mg. Sometimes, it heals itself if you just drain it.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
