What Causes Swelling And Itching On The Foreskin?

Hello, I have a girlfriend and we only have sex together and with no one else. But, I ve noticed this 3 days ago and we didnt have sex for 10-15 days. My foreskin is a little swollen, I can feel the itching but literally so little that I can even feel it, and only sometimes I feel it. Its not discomfortable, my foreskin can move very good its not hard and I have alot of this tinny dots on my foreskin and my penis. I dont know what it is. If you need aditional informations to get to a conclusion you can ask me I will respond. Thank you!

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your foreskin issue.

As per your history it seems to me that you are suffering with the fungal infection balanitis. You need to keep you part dry after micturation (pee), or after bathing, keep it clean as good as possible, use antifungal powder like ketokenezole.

These can also be the penile papules which are not sexually transmitted but my opinion sticks with the first one (fungal infectjon).

In case the lesion gets worsen and itching is not controlled by local antifungal agents you may need to take oral antifungal medication but after the consultation with your doctor.
