General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I evaluated your query deeply .
Relates to either exposure to excess heat or cream related issues.
I strongly recommend to stop all creams at present , just thoroughly rinse your face with cold water 5-6 times a day
Avoid exposure to excess heat / direct sunlight
Avoid stress , have sound sleep
Take analgesic tablet like acetaminophen(325) mg morning and evening after
meals for temporary relief.
Consult later your dermatologist for further management
Hope this helps you.
Thanks for using Health care magic.
Regards.
