Hello, Your son should avoid any other fabric as it may further irritate the affected area. While bathing he should be gentle with himself, he should use mild antibacterial soap. You are suggested to get him clinically examined by a GP. His treating doctor will order few blood tests and investigations (biopsy, mammogram, etc.) done to rule out hormonal imbalance, tumor, fibroadenoma, cancer, etc. His treatment will depend on the pathology diagnosed. If obese, he should do regular exercises and walking. He should maintain healthy weight. He will be given conservative treatment or may be advised surgery if needed. He is advised to stay away from stress, anxiety, addictions if any like smoking, alcohol, etc. He should take home made food. Avoid junk food, oily food, processed food, packaged food.
