What Causes Swelling Along Neck From Jaw To Collar?

have had swelling along my neck from jaw to collar bone for 10 days, significantly painful and more along collar bones in dips. Lymph nodes on ultrasound were deemed unreactive, but swelling began after the ultrasound. Tonight I have swelling along collar bone and between my breasts, collar bone is hard and very tender, between breasts is spongy, I feel like someone is sitting between my breasts.
