Yes my best friend is a female 64 years old she s had a heart attack 3 or 4 years ago but my question is she is sweeled up from her waist up she told me today that her chest has bruises and she said the veins look like there black I m worried sick about her do you know what it maybe??

this may be para umblical hernia and this not related with heart attack.
