What Causes Sweating, Itching And Swelling Of Scrotum Skin?

I have looked all over the internet for an answer and found a page that over 15 people said nearly the same thing. Their scrotum and peni skin were: itchy, sweaty(sticky), swelling and red. These are my symptoms, it has been 4 days now and a few (3-4) small red spots that itch are showing up to the sides of my scrotum and penis and between my balls and anus. Many of the people said they have been to the doctor, if not 3-4 different doctors who had no answer.

Thanks for query.
You have itching and redness of the skin over genitals ,scrotum and groin

This is due to fungal infection what is called as Jack Itch.

Take anti fungal medication Tab Fluconazole orally twice daily with topical anti fungal ointment like Meconazole (Zole) twice daily .

Observe proper personal hygiene by cleaning the area with warm water twice daily .

Wash your inner wares with hot water mixed with antiseptic solution Dettol.

This will get cured within a week.
