What Causes Sweating Around The Neck While Sleeping?

I have been having night sweats for almost two years now.... and the area is only the neck region.... no where else.... the sweating doesn't happen on daily basis... once or twice a week. my blood cbc are normal.... thyroid and Lft's are normal too... I have been having pain in my lower back too whch is mainly on right side.... I have two lumps on the lower part of the skull and they itch like hell specially when I wake up. I have been researching alot on net and mainly what comes up is Hodgkin's lymphoma.... I m 35 years old female.... unmarried and scared like anything plz help me.... if there are any tests which can detect anything malignant plz do let me know

Hai,
As you are concerned about your night sweat and two lumps and low back pain.
As your symptoms correlates with Hodgkin's lymphoma,(as your internet search understanding ) but still we cant come to diagnosis of Hodgkin lymphoma.This condition involves
low grade fever,mainly loss of weight (unexplained),fatigue ,and systemic involved problems,night sweats,lumph node enlargement in different grade and area.
But your blood count remain normal . If there any malignancy it will show in Complete blood count since it is preliminary investigation undergone for all blood related disorder.
You can go for biopsy and bone marrow Investigation with consulting a hematologist to rule out your problem.
