What Causes Sweating And Belching Along With Tightness In Chest Post Intake Of Food?
Usually after 3 hrs of dinner there is sweating gases and belching at times after motion things become normal itake panta parazol at times chest is uptight it lasts for 2 hrs or so i am diabetic and on iinsulin ramipril glycomet age 67 years have had ech etc dùring these bouts no evidence of hypoglycemia had glucose level tests too

With chest tightness that you are having you MUST have this evaluated for heart disease particularly considering that you are a diabetic and hypertensive as I can see.
It could also be gastritis or inflammation of the stomach due to increased acidity but I would say that only after heart disease has been ruled out categorically.
