What Causes Sudden Weight Loss And Weakness?

Hi.i am 32yrs male.I am feeling suddenly weight loss with weakness while working in office for a little bit time..At that time some gastric symptoms raised.I went to cardiologist and suggested for TMT.Test result is negative.In lipid profile test HDL is 24.What does meaning of tmt result negative.

Here your TMT is negative means that you are not prone for cardiac disease ...

You have not mentioned which gastric problem you have ??
For acidity you can take omeprazole capsule. ..

Investigate with following ....
1.Serum tsh and t4 for rule out hyperthyroid
2.HIV infection (by ELISA test)
3.HB estimation for rule out anemia associated
4.Tuberculosis (by chest x ray , only if clinically suspected )

Your detail history and clinical examination needed .Ex.lymph node palpation , Liver and spleen palpation etc....for further work up...
