What Causes Sudden Tremors In The Left Arm?

My 88 year old mother with a history of CAD, MI, stent X1, CVA, HTN, OA, dementia, just exhibited involuntary left arm movements. A few minutes later, the same limb with involuntary movement and an inability to speak coherently. R/O stroke? Take her to the Emergency Department?

Looking to the medical history and the age the present complain of involuntary movement of arm, may be indicative neurological pathology (Stroke) and it should not be taken as granted but need to be taken for granted it is advisable to get done the CT brain and even can see the ER.
