General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,I'm dr.Fahad Khan. i have read your case and I'll try my best to be of utmost help.
Firstly, i would like to let you know that RA is a chronic inflammation of the joints of specially hands and feet but could affect any joint with synovial sheath. so the inflamed joint causes stiffness, pain and is tender to touch. The inflammation is caused by any allergen to which an individual is immunologically susceptible.
Secondly, you should perform slight excercise when you wake up in the morning to avoid the joint stiffness, excercise or physiotherapy will only help with the joint stiffness but for the inflammation you have to take medications. DMARDs are the first line of treatment for arthritis ,NSAIDs are also prescribed in addidtion to DMARDs. you should definitely pay a visit to a rheumatologist who will prescribe you the drugs after complete examination.
Regards.
