I would advise you the following in such a situation: Rush to ER or nearby hospital for clinical evaluation and examination followed by tests of blood, urine and stool, Ultrasonography of the abdomen. These will give clinical diagnosis and a pan for management. Till you get an Ambulance rest in bed, try to take water, electrolyte solution if you have at home. You may need an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics. Also needed are Symptomatic and symptomatic treatment in the form of anti-spasmodic. Get hospitalized if required.
