Yesterday i went walking. did three laps on my third lap i realized that my right hand was getting stiff, to the point where making a fist was an issue. i would usually go walking one a week. Never had this issue before, What could possibly be wrong with me. Im only 26 years old, no children and unmarried. Please help im worried.
noted history of sudden hand stiffness. did it resolve spontaneously? are there recent event of trauma or strenuous activity? it is best if you consult with a doctor for physical examination and clinical evaluation. it may be a muscular strain. other conditions, such as electrolyte imbalance (specifically hypocalcemia) must also be ruled-out. diagnostics and management will be directed accordingly.
hope this helps.
good day!!
