I am a 45 year old male with Diabetes, and high blood pressure. my blood pressure today was 168/109. I felt very lethargic for a while, but it passed, and my BP seems to have dropped down to a more tolerable level.. any idea what could cause this? I know stress is a factor, (and Ive had 3 major life events happen at one time) but I seem to be getting my stress under control..
