What Causes Sudden Panic Attack While Eating?
So out of the blue while eating I experienced what seemed like a panic attack almost passed out, and Saturday still have the same sensation. I did start working out, and cutting back portion sizes, but nothing outrages. is my blood sugar low? Is it anxiety? Just worried what could be going on

It could be a low blood sugar it could also be some cardiac problem. I never take such symptoms lightly. Please get tested dear by a physician.
