General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for your query.

Please visit the ER right away.
You seem to be having a transient ischemic attack (TIA) where blood supply to the brain reduces temporarily. This could evolve into a stroke.
Spinal nerve compression could also cause muscle weakness in your limbs with pain.

If you are above 40yrs, diabetic, hypertensive or hyperlipidemic, or smoke, your risk for a cardiovascular event is high.
Your pressure and pulse could be the result of the pain or a compensation to maintain blood flow to your brain.
I recommend that you see a doctor right away. Do not drive, even if you feel better and take someone along.
Hope this helps.
Wish you feel better soon. Please get back to us if you have further questions.
