What Causes Sudden Onset Of Red Sunburn Like Rashes On Upper Arm?
My 18 month old daughter has sudden onset of a red, warm sunburn-like rash on her upper arm. There are a few splotchy red marks here and there, too. This morning she vomited, but she has been in good spirits ever since (her older sister had a 24 hour bug the day before).
