What Causes Sudden Onset Of Pain In Lower Back And Buttocks?

Quite suddenly, my lower back and butt hurt, and I thought it was a sciatica issue. Now my left arm feels as though someone is forcefully pressing his large thumb on my bicep. ANd my ear oddly aches! All this today. What could possibly be the matter? I am 39 year old female...do not exercise enough but not really overweight. At home with toddler but I don't carry her a lot.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to repetitive stress injury or fibromyalgia. A physical examination with an orthopedician should be carried out to rule out the condition. In such case i advise NSAIDs like aceclofenac and muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside. Gels with combination of capsaicin and nimusulide for local application also will be helpful. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
