Hi,
After going through your case, there is syncope which requires evaluation.
Possible Causes for it -
1)TIA (Transient ischemic attack) This is due to decreased blood supply to brain due to blockage in blood supply of brain.
2) Cardiac arrhythmia - abnormal electrical activity of heart leads to inadequate pumping of blood which causes decreased blood supply to brain.
3) Cardioembolic events - formation of blood clots in heart due to decreased pumping or abnormalities of valve of heart. These clots get dislodged in blood supply of brain.
4) Postural Hypotension - fall in blood pressure in standing position it may occur in case of dehydration (as in severe vomiting, loose motions, excessive sweating)
5) Hypoglycemia - low blood sugar level may associated with dizziness. It usually occur in patients of diabetes on treatment.
6)Possibility of seizures.

I want to know -
1)Presence of illness like Diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol problem.
2)Recent fever, loose motion, vomiting.
3) Family history of similar complaints, Diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol problem.
4) Habits like smoking and alcohol.
