What Causes Sudden Jerks In Arms And Legs With Rigid Shoulders?

I m getting jerking in my legs and arms when I relax. I also get ridgity between my shoulders during the day mainly and it s starting to become a nuisance. It feels like somethings biting before I get the jerking and sometimes wakes me up when I m half awake. I ve been trying to research what I might have as it s starting to concern me. I have had frontal lobe epilepsy in the past and hope its not coming back. I had an operation for it 18 years ago

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms you have may not be due to epilepsy but it could be nonspecific one, it may be due to stress condition, drink more water and try to stay away from stress, hope this information helps.
