Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would consider this as a minimal fluctuation in blood sugars which is normal in a prediabetic patient. to be labelled as a diabetic your fasting should be more than 7 and post prandial should be more than 11.1 . I would suggest you to monitor sugars carefully. Its good that you have lost weight and made alterations in diet. Prediabetic phase is when the sugars fluctuate so with one reading please don't get alarmed. For any further queries I am always here!
