Hi welcome to HCM
Dear ,sudden increase in the heart beats , is the matter of concern but not cause of worry as your tests show no abnormality .

Palpitations are the sensation of your heart beating and are common. Most cases are harmless. They usually only last for a short time and can be accompanied by other symptoms such as breathlessness, dizziness, chest tightness and a feeling of anxiety.
Symptoms, such as bloating, gas, constipation, also can cause palpitation

Health problem we suffer from are due to our week immunity which is the outcome of our faulty food habits and derailed life style as anxiety ,sleeplessness or overwork lack of energy , dehydration and regular physical activity .
Try to remove the cause of your problem .
Fresh lime with warm water with 2 pinches of salt and black pepper gives urgent relief by helping you releasing gas .
Take balanced diet including all essential nutrients - vitamins , minerals ,antioxidants in natural form .

Do regular exercise ,yoga, pranayam - deep breathing - INHALE - HOLD - EXHALE - HOLD - 10 times , kapalbhati , bhramari
Lie down in shavasan in relaxed posture for 5- 10 minutes.
Do meditation for 10- 15 min to sooth your mind and body
All will help you to live trouble free life if done under a trained guide .

Avoid fried , fast food , tea ,ccoffee, alcohol , smoking ,sleepless ness, constipation ,anxiety and dehydration

As far as your medicine is concerned your doctor will tell you how to go about it and for how long it should be continued .
Hope this helps solve your query
take care all the best
