What Causes Sudden Hypersensitivity On The Head, With History Of Spinal Surgery?

I have had spinal surgery in the past. Iafter a bad fall, I have much discomfort in my back, right shoulder and after X-rays and 2 MRI tests, I m in physical therapy. The pain is worse than I remember, but I m also experiencing hyper sensitivity on top of my head, causing headaches. I hadn t had headaches previously. Can you tell me about sensitivity on top of my head. Seems sudden.
