General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As your friend age is 76, high blood pressure may be the main reason for a sudden headache and heartburn. As the history of aaa in 2012, better to get a checkup for heart and renal function nearby physicians.

If any medicine is ongoing, then also have a checkup.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
