Hi i am 69 yesterday while making love standing bent farward to kiss ihad such an excruciating pain in the back and left side of my head felt like it is going to expload i had to stop and put lot of pressure with my both hands it has happened twice before but not that swear but happened only when on top bending forward i am realy scared should i be

Don't scare. Its just a muscular spasm due to extra pulling and stretch on muscle. Apply Bengay ultra stretch gel and Capsaicin cream, both 3 times a day. Take Ibuprofen800mg twice daily for 5 days.
