What Causes Sudden Fainting And Vomiting?
sometimes i feel very weak, then i start to sweat and my vision goes black slowly slowly and then when i wake up people tell me that i fainted. I want to know why it happens. After waking up sometimes i vomit, and it happenes mostly when i eat something.

sudden falling we call it as syncopal attack..do people around you tell you have abnormal movements of limbs or face?any way sudden loss of consciousness although you recover completely should be investigated.
