General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hypotension and hypoglycemia had to be ruled out by blood pressure measurement and serum blood glucose estimation. In case, if you have not taken enough food, then you may have a feeling of lack of energy, dizziness and headache. You need to take regular meals and symptomatic management can be done for that. If headache is intense then Paracetamol can be prescribed. If no improvement, then I suggest you to consult physician for general physical examination.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
