What Causes Sudden Excessive Sweating And Disoriented Feeling?

I have these spells where I start to sweat and my hair will be all wet within minutes. I start to feel sick to my stomach, my head feels funny and I feel generally tired. If I lie down with a fan on me and cool off, I seem to be fine but still very tired. This occurs even if I am inside my home with the central air on at 70 degrees. I have had heat exhaustion twice in the past. What in the world is going on with me?? I can't take much more of this.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms look more like panic attacks. Do you have any other symptoms like chest pain, palpitations, tremors of hands and uneasiness. If yes you need to consult a psychiatrist for panic disorder. You require anti-anxiety pills and relaxation therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prashant Gohil
