What Causes Sudden Elevation In Blood Pressure?
Today I did a blood pressure reading twice it was 152/100 & 152/101.. I workout a lot and eat healthy from time to time, my question is Do you have any reason why it would be high?. Also I told my mom that I ve been stuffed up with allergies& what not . She said that was reason because BP raises when your sick apparently

I really appreciate your concern, let me tell you something it is okay if you read your blood pressure on your own but this may not be taken for any diagnosis purpose but this can be just monitoring and in case of doubt you need to see the doctor for final confirmation, second blood pressure need to be measured by Doctor with authentic sphygmomanometer, if you are going to read it on your own then chances of error would be likely, never treat such reading without the consultation of physician, hope this helps, take care.
