Welcome to HCM
There are many reasons for this problem such as:
-Dehydration when water loss more than intake like in overuse of diuretics (drugs or caffeinated drink),fever, vomiting and chronic diarrhea can cause it
-Lack of nutrients in your diet and anemia
-Pregnancy
-Heart problems like heart valve problems
-Endocrine problems like thyroid condition (hypothyrodism, parathyroid disease),Addison's disease, hypoglycemia also diabetes can cause it blood pressure.
**How to deal with hypotension after knowing the cause:
-Healthy balanced diet play important role
-Add salt to your diet (avoid overuse)
-Drink more water(9cups approximately 2 liters of total beverages a day).
-There are some medication can be used, but depend on diagnosis.
Best Regards
