What Causes Sudden Drop In BP In A Person With Mitral Valve Prolapse?

I had high blood pressure for approx. 2 years. Never took Meds for it. I have HX of Mitral Valve Prolapse. But not too bad. For the past couple months my blood pressure has dropped significantly, but to a norm range. Usually, 122/85. Glad it s at that rate, but a bit alarmed. I have been cutting out most proceed foods and ha been lots of veggies, and natural foods. I weigh 227, but have lost 30 lb over 2 years. Should I be worried about my sudden drop in blood pressure?

Hello

I wouldn't worry about the drop at this point, the number you give now is great and it's probably due to your weight loss and diet.
