What Causes Sudden Dizziness?
I all of sudden got a feeling of the room spinning and upon standing I found myself swerving back and forth on my way to the kitchen to get a glass of water. I know I don t drink enough to be hydrated. I had the same sensation yesterday. I had some lunch, and a glass of water , laid down and took a nap for an hour. When I got up I was fine.

You are having postural hypotension. Might be simply due to dehydration or stress or loss of sleep or a graver underlying cause. If it persists you can consult a specialist
