What Causes Sudden Dizziness When Diagnosed With Sinus Infection?

hello, hope all is well.. for the last 3 weeks, been getting dizzy and no gym.. 2 weeks ago, i had sinus infection and they gave me augmentin antibiotic.. Ran it for 10 days.. Im going to see ENT.. What could it be from? inner ears? When i sneeze, i get dizzy too. tahnk you

Since you had a recent sinus infection, it is quite likely that it may be related.

Sinus disease can cause issues with the ears, which are involved in balance.The fact that you still have symptoms such as sneezing, implies that it may be linked

There are other cause of dizziness such as the inner ear causes that you mentioned- meniere's disease, BPPV, vestibular neuronitis.


Fluids , rest, antihistamines and decongestants may help with your symptoms but you should ,as mentioned, see an ENT.
