What Causes Sudden Dizziness, Nausea And Persistent Sweating?

I experienced sudden dizziness, nausea, break out in cold sweat, ears plugged and odd feeling throughout my body yesterday while riding in car. Still don t feel right today and ears go back and forth being what I would describe as plugged and slightly nauseous. Are these symptoms of illness? Email: YYYY@YYYY

General & Family Physician 's  Response
dear
As I understand these might be an episode of a hypoglycemia or low sugar for a prolonged gap in meals or a sudden vaso vagal attack as it is called due to any sudden thought, tension or movement or apprehension
plz be assured that youare perfectly alright, have regular diet, sleep and plenty of fluids.
for such repeated episodes we usually advise for a grneralized health check up.
hope this helps
welcome for further queries
