What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Weakness?
I was driving today and had to pull over with sudden dizziness to the point of weakness. Thankfully, I was able to pull over. Have felt dizzy off and on. BP is good 108/64 with 83 resting heart rate. Feel like I m going to feel dizzy with tightness in the back of my neck.

It is important to rule out any cardiac cause for the acute onset dizziness. Please be advised to follow up with nearest urgent care to undergo EKG testing. Blood sugar levels to rule out hypoglycemia is also warranted.
