What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Vomiting Sensation While On Shower?

Hi, this is the second time this has ever happened to me. It happened about a year ago. I was just in the shower and my stomache started to hurt, i started to get light headed and dizzy I felt like I was going to throw up. Both times it was in the shower and both times I had to get out and lie down. I feel a little bit better now, but i still feel kind of weird. This was about 10, 15 minutes ago. I am 19 years old (20 in October). I am about 5'9 and weigh about 170, 175. I don't know what it could be. Any ideas?

Hi,
Dear First of all I need to know that for how long you stand to take bath. If there is dizziness after standing for long period then my opinion would be you get done an ECG and discuss with your doctor.
Some time naturaly our body system have some reflexes ,which get stimulated by triggering factor like merging face in water for some time,it is called vagal stimulation. And it can also cause these symptoms for some time and get relieved after stopping triggering effect ,it is a natural reflex. Vagal stimulation can be triggered by having heavy meal,sudden pain,sudden fright etc
From above mentioned knowledge you should first note down that what are your triggering factors and discuss accordingly.
