What Causes Sudden Diarrhea, Fatigue And Sore Throat?
my son is 36 years old. has constant fatigue, ocaasional lenthy bouts of diarhrea, sore throats,coughing stress is daily part of life has had many blood tests especially for fatigue,etc, and results find nothing nothing wrong. where can he go from here?

Hello dear Greetings Regarding your symptoms of diarrhoea fatigue cough sore throat I am suggesting that you have developed an acute pharyngitis with enteritis
In view of this please do the following test
Throat swab
Complete blood count
Stool culture
Blood culture
Meanwhile please see gastroenterologist with the results and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
