What Causes Sudden Cross Eyed Vision, Dizziness And Eye Movement Disorder?

Yeah I am experiencing some cross eyedness briefly, but also I feel dizzy too and experiencing a lag in my sense of sight. The vision is not staying in sync with the movement of my head and causes my sight to rock. I nearly fell down a few times and I am worried this is something serious. Could you please tell me what causes this symptoms?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

We have to rule out possible causes like pituitary adenoma as they can present with similar symptoms.

Consult an ophthalmologist and get evaluated. Detailed evaluation is required including an MRI scan is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
