What Causes Sudden Chest Pain And Unconsciousness?
Started eating breakfest and took one bite. felt strong pain in the right side of my chest and stood up grabed my chest and bent over. and then i feel to the ground and lost concess for about 4 seconds and then came to. please advise me what i should do.

From what you have described sounds very dangerous. since you had chest pain followed by unconsciousness, a cardiac event must be ruled out. please take an EKG, cardiac enzymes and 2 D echo at the earliest. these tests will help you rule out if there was an cardiac event.
