What Causes Sudden Breathing Difficulty While Playing?

my friend and I were playing around and wrestling for her phone. when we were done all of asuden she felt like she couldn t breath and was having hard time breathing, it looked like her chest was tightening up and releasing as she was breathing. she was like this for about 2-4 mins. shes only 17 and we don t know what happened

Hi,

This symptom should not be neglected. You should take him to the ER for detailed chest examination.

He should get investigated with EKG and chest X-ray for primary work up. If needed spirometry also should be done.

Based on these symptoms no single diagnosis can be given. Some respiratory or cardiac cause should be evaluated through above-mentioned investigations.
