What Causes Sudden Black Spit?
Hi I had black spit only moments ago and I dont smoke or inhale anything tight might cause inhale aside from fungus in my house inhale might not know of. I havent eaten or drank anything yet, should I be concerned? I also had my appendix removed some months before Christmas last year.

It is rarely anything serious.
It might be due to eating dark food like chocolate. It can also result from inhalation of dust and dirt. Even passive smoking can present with it.
Presently I would suggest you to observe, if it continues I would suggest you to see physician.
